Shipping Destinations Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Transit Time We offer the following shipping rate for all orders within Pakistan:
Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders. Transit Time: 2 to 4 business days. Total Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days (Processing Time + Transit Time).

Order Cut-Off Time Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PKT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Method We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. You can pay the total amount in cash to the courier representative once your package is delivered to your doorstep.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has contained your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages or Lost Packages Havenlly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier or arranging a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
